Be prepared for long wait times and potentially poorly made food due to the strain on staff, who are often working under unrealistic expectations for speed. If you know exactly what you want, it’s much more efficient to place smaller orders. After my time as a delivery driver, I’ve come to see large orders as inconsiderate, as this restaurant is better suited for quick, individual meals rather than feeding a family. Ordering $40-$80 worth of food through DoorDash and then wondering why it arrives cold is unrealistic. The food simply doesn’t hold up well during delivery. I say this as a driver who observes food being prepared fresh in front of me as I wait. 2. Avoid going inside the restaurant. Given the ongoing pandemic, it’s just rude and puts extra pressure on the staff. Use the drive-thru like everyone else. 3. There’s a national shortage of various items, so it’s not the staff’s fault if they run out. If employees have experienced more negativity than positive treatment, it shows. I mainly just pick up orders and don’t spend too much time inside, but I can see that these workers are undoubtedly underpaid, and that likely won’t change. The young man working at the drive-thru is incredible. He deserves recognition for his outstanding service. I witnessed a customer in front of me throwing a complete fit, and he remained calm, smiling, and reassuring me about my order the entire time. I don’t know his name, but he works efficiently and gets it right every time. As long as he’s there, I’ll keep coming back. I’m posting this under a different name for privacy reasons, as I deliver food regularly, but you know who I am! Cheers!
I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru yesterday, June 1st, at 2:00 PM. The two young men working there were fantastic—so friendly and attentive. They even provided napkins and a fork without me having to ask! The Nachos Bell Grande was delicious this time, much better than a few months ago when it was overly salty. -Holly
We will only be visiting this Tacoglock! My daughter absolutely loves Mrs. Niya, who always welcomes her with a warm smile. I can't emphasize enough how consistently they get our order right here! We visit every week for our usual:
