Los Mariachis - New Lexington

Please tell the chefs to lay off the salt; the food has been overly salty for quite some time. I've returned a few times to see if they’ve improved, but it hasn’t changed.

The children who work there are more efficient than the actual waitress. This waitress barely spoke English and was incredibly slow and rude. The kids did all the work while she ignored everyone, including new customers who walked in. The food was good, but the service really needs to improve... a lot. While we were there, there were only about four other people dining.

My husband and I dined at this restaurant, and as lovers of Mexican cuisine, we were quite disappointed. If this had been our first experience with Mexican food, I don't think we would ever want to try it again. The dishes were not seasonal and very basic, and it took too long for our food to arrive, which was served cold. Additionally, the chips served to us at the beginning were crushed into tiny pieces, possibly because they had been mishandled. I recommend visiting the Mexican restaurant on Maple Ave in Zanesville, Ohio for a much better experience. We won't be returning here.
