I have no point of comparison really but I I loved it! HUGE portions and great flavors. One star off because as some other reviews said they are new and still working some things out. We tried calling in advance for take out and there was a lot of confusion because they didn’t know what food they’d have left when we came in? So we just went and ordered. They were out of lumpia but where kind enough to make some fresh for us. Support this business so they stick around!
Place is new so they are still working somethings out. Food was pretty good but I am also not an expert on Filipino food. I'm sure in a few months this place will be better suited for crowd control and have a better selection of drinks. I will definitely be visiting this place again!!!
Expensive, small portions, kinda bland and they like to give you small pieces of pork fat for $8. Also, the smallish 4 lumpia at $1 each is a total rip off. I stopped coming here after they decided to cut the lechon size in half and charged the same amount. (At this time, they were charging per 6 pieces not by container) I don't recommend buying the single portion items because of the price, but getting the combos is a better deal in price point. They get an extra star for being only Filipino place in the area, but if you have been to San Diego, this place is definitely isn't Tita's, and to be honest, any other Filipino restaurant I've been to.
No food, Restaurant opened at 11 am got there at 1:15,not much of a selection, lumpia is over priced, if you're Filipino you'll know.
