Mcdonald's - New Martinsville

The new Martinsville McDonald's is extremely disappointing. It is hot, dull, and downright depressing. As a frequent visitor, I have noticed that even a prison visitation area is more lively and welcoming. It appears that the overall concept was to strip away any sense of warmth and make the environment as unwelcoming as possible. They have achieved this goal quite effectively. Furthermore, the seating options are extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the ambiance can only be described as nonexistent.

The employee at this restaurant disappointed me when, after I complained about receiving only half of my order, they gave me a mocha frappe that was so dark it appeared black instead of the expected brown. Overall, not a good experience.

On that day, I also ordered a small fry but did not receive it. Additionally, in my order there were 4 Big Macs, two of which were discounted at $6 each while the other two were at regular price.

Very busy misses our order .but fix it immediately. not bad

McChicken 6 dollar basket of fries is to die for the best chicken sandwich I've had!!
