Merchant - New Orleans

When you visit NOLA you will have plenty of options to choose from for breakfast. This is a great choice if you are looking forward to have a delicious French breakfast. Service was quick and easy, you order at the counter, pay for your meal, they bring it to your table and that's it, you enjoy, and afterwards you are free to go. The crepes are really good, I would definitely go back to this place if I was a local. The only thing I would like for them to be better is to offer at least one free coffee refill. When I visited the charged an additional 1$ per refill, which is not a big deal, but it would be nicer if it was included.

This is a really great place. As a visitor to New Orleans, I’ve found it really difficult to find coffee places serving espresso ! , let alone good espresso. The crepes are amazing, as is the breakfast parfait. Staff are very friendly and service is great. They seem like a nice team who have fun working together and like each other. The menu looks really interesting and healthy.

Great, modern coffee shot with excellent coffee, service, and WiFi. There is also seating available in the high-ceiling hallway outside the shop with interesting art on the wall. Very nice, and seems to be a favorite of locals.

Solid espresso drinks and cool options for breakfast, including açaí chia and variety of sweet and savory crepes. The space is on the small side but the decor makes use of clean, minimalist elements to optimum effect

When in New Orleans we would like to try crepe and this place showed up in our list. We did not want to go to French Quarters instead choose Merchant. Its location, clean interiors and variety of crepe options got our attention. The service was pretty quick and crepes were well done. The temperature could have been warmer but it gets hard to keep crepe warm. The savory blue crepe had a right balance of crunchiness and flavors. It is served with greens with shredded cheese on top. The berries one had enough berries and chocolate. Overall we liked our crepes.
