Stanley - New Orleans

Located right on Jackson Square, this restaurant offers excellent and friendly service. The wait for food is minimal, and although they have limited vegan options, the vegan gumbo is surprisingly delicious. Additionally, their onion rings are some of the best I have ever tasted.

I enjoyed the vegan gumbo at The Gumbo Shop, while my omnivore boyfriend liked their pancakes and eggs.

I was pleased to see that the menu had a clearly marked vegan option, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I would not choose to dine at this restaurant again.

Wish there were more vegan options here but the vegan Gumbo was top notch. I would go back just for that!
