So very slow! they were not busy and I still sat in the line for more than 20 minutes used for 2 regular roast beef sandwiches!

Charged me for someone else's meal. Could not refund my card. Then gave me a cash refund that was 5 dollars short.

As always good..BUT its aggravating trying to spread ur toppings out EVENLY with ur fingers while driving. take pride in ur job and make it like it's art.

The New Philadelphia location is great. The Dover location always messes up my orders, either missing items or the wrong items are given.UPDATEI have an update...

The food is great, but too high priced. I can't even imagine a family going there to eat. It would cost more than going to a restaurant, like the Roadhouse.
