Buffalo Wild Wings - New Port Richey

Wings are the best here! The other food is pedestrian at best. Service is ???????? good. The drink specials are not so special as the prices arent that great! Servers always seem too busy because of short staff. Love the TVs everywhere! Again the wings iswhy you go! They are top notch!

One of the worst Buffalo wild wings places. Your dinner time is deserved with one of their other great locations with professional staffs, NOT HERE. Except this place, Buffalo wild wings is still one of my favorite places. I understand, In thecurrent world, how hard it's been to run any businesses with good employees. So, i waited so long and conveyed my feedbacksnumerous times over the telephone before I hit with my review in google. After all its easy to critisize someone. But, istrongly convinced that they are deleberate in their mistakes. Not one time, They mess up with my order numerous times. Latelyi tend to think that they have been doing it delberately. Couple of occasion, on my BO50 order of 15+15 traditional wings, theygave only 15 or 20 wings. I never had a single moment where I received enough sauces that I ordered. Multiple times, they gaveme loaded tatter tots (that we dont eat bacon) in place of regular large tots. I wonder how in the world someone can visuallymiss the information on the online order every single time. I always do pickup here and my house is little far from thislocation. So, they know i will never drive back that far. Go to this place if you really dont care about good customer service.

We usually visit during the evening time but this time we went in for lunch. The place wasn't busy which was actually really nice. The food was one of the best we had. The cauliflower bites were a great size unlike other times we've tried them. Ourserver was very nice and even mentioned a reward program that I never knew existed. It was the best visit we had. The tableswere clean and the service was fast. Keep it up and I would return.

I went to dinner with my parents yesterday it was good. Chicken wings were awesome but the Cauliflower bits/wings are Awesome² we had garlic/parm sauces on them. Not many people Sunday around 4:00 but food was great, service a little bit slow.

Do not come here if you have a large party. We wanted to go out for a family dinner, party of 11. We understand service takes longer in these situations, but when the food comes out one at a time and each person is able to finish their meal before thenext meal comes out?. Not cool. At least let us know that?s how it works when we order.
