Domino's Pizza - New Port Richey

By FAR easily beats all their competitors. High quality ingredients very very flavorful and no matter what combination you pick for your pizzas you can never ever go wrong and anytime you're greeted when you go inside everyone seems very friendly. I will go there before I go anywhere else keep up the excellent work team

Busy Friday night I understand. But when they say 45 minutes and it's over 1.5 hours I decide to call the store for an update. The employee, don't worry I got your name, when I asked what the status was, he hangs up on me. Will report to corporate. Willnot order again. Terrible service!!!!!!!

Just had an order and the pizza was delicious but the cinnamon twists were plain with nothing on them. They took great care of me, great customer service and added a credit to our account for the mistake. Thank you.

Always great pizza and the employees are always super friendly. I get the handmade pan pizzas every time and you can't go wrong. Chicken wings are small so I don't usually order those here, but it is a pizza place after all.

I may spell her name wrong, but the manager (at least I got that impression) there named Ceirra kept calm during an intense moment and focused on what orders to fill. She then expertly de-escalated a call from a somewhat upset customer who wronglyordered online and meant to order 2 pizzas instead of one. Instead of pointing figures or putting blame on anyone, she informedthe customer that they are expediting the process and apologized. This is someone who has expert customer service and superiorbusiness skills of how to handle stressful situations. Maybe this is why Domino's is turning things around.
