Domino's Pizza - New Richmond

I called to place an order and was told it would be delivered in 40 minutes. However, an hour and a half later, I still hadn't received my food. When I finally got through, they told me they had figured out what went wrong and offered to remake my meal or give me a refund. I understand that things happen, but they could have at least called me to let me know. I won't be ordering from them again.

In my last two experiences ordering delivery from this restaurant, my orders have been incorrect and cold. The management did not offer any apologies. I'm extremely unimpressed and very disappointed.

Terrible management and customer service. I still haven't received my food, and it's been two hours on a Monday night.

The people and the food at the New Richmond location always do a great job, never had any complaints, thank you, however. Downloaded and used fhe domino 's app last week and received a code for a free medium pizza. Stopped in to redeemsaid free pizza. Learned that the coupon is only good for delivery and the store has set a $10.00 minimum for delivery. Well...now it 's not such a good deal anymore. I ended up ordering a 2nd pizza to meet the $10 minimum and am paying a driver$4.00 to walk them 14 feet to my truck that is in the parking lot. Needless to say the whole process to redeem a coupon tookover 30 minutes.

I would give a 0!! I work in the I industry, I have alot of patience for staff however this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I 've ordered and they 've got it wrong! (Without doing anything about it just "sorry.)I used to order here alot but unfortunately nowI 'll drive to RF as I live inbetween. Do better!
