Papa Johns Pizza - New Rochelle

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 2 hrs!!!! Waiting for delivery called multiple times for update and they had no clue what happen to my order. Never will order from here again

I went today to Papa John's on main Street. New Rochelle, N.Y. Lived in New Rochelle for many Years. Always go to Papa John's for Lunch The guy who worked there always treated me nicely with respect. Today 6/17/2022 I called in my Oder she was veryrude, disrespectful, didn't want to give my Correct Change. . She was talking under her breathe. I told her have a nice day.she ask me why I come 5 mins early, I must wait til 12:10 come back . Next time I go if I go again if she is there will nothave any business dealing

I had a great experience ordering from the company's website. The delivery was surprisingly quick, and the Works pizza is absolutely delicious. I received my order even sooner than I anticipated!

I also mentioned to the employee preparing my bowls that I had ordered one with ORIGINAL SAUCE, as I saw he was using ALFREDO SAUCE for all the bowls. He became angry with me, said I was interrupting him, and proceeded to make all the bowls with ALFREDO SAUCE anyway. After the bowls came out of the oven, the employee who hadn’t washed his hands began to handle my order. I told him I didn’t want him touching my food since he hadn’t washed his hands, and the other employee started yelling at me. From the moment I walked in, with the loud music blaring from a Bluetooth speaker, until I left, I was treated with hostility. It’s unfortunate, as I had been a loyal customer of this Papa John's for years but had to stop due to service issues. I decided to give it another chance, but I was treated as if I weren’t even human. I felt completely disrespected and told the employee that I would report the store to the Department of Health, among other things. He responded, “Good luck with that!” As I left, the two male employees stood back and laughed. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PAPA JOHN'S LOCATION AND WILL GO TO ANOTHER CITY WHERE I CAN BE TREATED AS A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE.

I felt unwell after eating here, and the pizza didn't taste good either. The sauce was overly sweet, which was disappointing. On top of that, I was charged $31 for just one pizza and a side of breadsticks. I don't know if it's just me, but the pizza doesn't taste the same anymore. This is just my experience.
