As soon as we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed and promptly attended to. My wife and I were impressed by how clean everything was, even during the busy hours. Our interaction with the staff was quite enjoyable. I just wish Subway would reintroduce their peanut butter cookies. I understand why they were taken off the menu, but I really miss those delicious treats.

The staff here are friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself is quite clean with plenty of seating available. The two ladies working together coordinate their tasks effectively and are very pleasant. Both the meatball sub and the tuna sub are delicious, with the tuna sub being comparable to those from Jimmy John's. This location is conveniently close to a beach entrance, making it easy to grab a sub and enjoy it by the water. I would give it 4 stars.
