Alfie's Kitchen Craft Beer - New York

Found Alfie's from a Google search, but the online booking system said they were not availability for brunch, so I called to ensure. So glad I did it! They were able to accommodate our party of 7 and we were all impressed. My BFF and I could not choose between the short rib hash and the Croque Madame, so we have one of each and share it. The best decision of the day.

Great ambience, good selection of drinks, but this place could definitely use some work. First we ordered food and drinks (beer at the same time, but the food came 15 minutes before the drinks. We ordered: 2 beers (make great, but almost 20 minutes lasted to arrive. 1 flat bread (it is ridiculous that they do not have vegetarian options on the menu for flat bread. 1 spinach and artichoke (TERRIBLE). The wateriest baked dish I had. It felt almost like soup and chips. The waitress took a very long time to do simple enquiries (see 10 minutes only to bring us the red pepper [we asked nicely]

We had truffles, Cesar Salat, braided short ribs rolls, grilled chickens Ciabatta, Croque Madame and new York Soppressata Flatbread and everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. Service was very nice and the place looked clean and welcoming. Low noise, so it was nice to speak during the meal. I absolutely recommend this place. We showed up on Tuesday at 3 pm and were not busy

Came for brunch with friends without reservation and could sneak a place at the bar. Lovely atmosphere, our bartender/worship was very friendly. The drinks were delicious, and the food was praised among us. I have a classic steak and egg breakfast and the steak was perfectly cooked. Had the French toast got, but unfortunately they were out. Come back!

Great food! The Jerk Chicken and Wages for brunch was especially good. Lovely fresh granola and yoghurt too lovely fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful, even though it was a fully booked Brunch. Nice ambiance sitting out the front in the sun.
