Blue Bottle Coffee - New York

Why do people come here? Do not waste your time or your money. the product is not near the cost.1 coffee is not significantly better than other places.2 coffee takes way longer and not hot enough.3 prices are really high. absurdly so.4 it is a business chain.5 employees were ok. the work on a public service is difficult.

Every time I come here, by far the worst service of any of the Blue Bottle in NYC. Everyone has an attitude in this place, staff here needs to undergo some customer service training. Definitely not what you expect from a Blue Bottle. I’ll stick to the midtown locations from now on.

Got an iced coffee, plain, nothing added, and it was 7 dollars. Seven. Dollars. It was a good cup of coffee, the employees were nice, but I probably won’t come back here because of the price. The menu board also didn’t have the price listed, which I feel like is kind of a scam. Overall good coffee but way way way overpriced.

Convenient location, nice ambiance and good service. The coffee is always very good and the quality is consistent. Everything is definitely on the pricier side.

Blue bottle has been one of my favorite, but my last experience was disappointing. I think the barista poured some pre-made espresso from a cup and then went on steaming the milk to make my latte. I understand it as a way of saving time especially during rush time; however, the quality of coffee would be affected and even if there are customers who don’t care, those who can tell the difference would be very disappointed.
