The cashier is so rude when I asked her what is smoothie is on the menu. Because some kind of stuff was blocking the menu at the bar. All I heard was WHAT? What smoothie? Then she was looking at her coworker. Then I know I was in the most disgusting position ever to be treated like that by anyone. Loved the Australian concept to be honest, but come on, it is seriously not hard to chill a little bit they work in a calming laid-back Australian coffee shop..

I got a large iced chai latte, but the cup was 70% ice! Despite having a size large, it took me like 5 sips to finish. For $6.40 plus tax and tip, it’s not worth it in my opinion. There’s not even an option for “light ice” on the app : For the positives: The taste of the beverage was average. It is a convenient location. The workers were kind. And there is a bathroom!

The takeaway portion is much smaller than other stores (originally only one piece of toast is provided for two pieces) The staff is not very active. There are self-service ordering machines in the store so you can order by it. Meals made on site so need to wait a bit. There is a toilet Desserts are available There are many seats in the store

Adorable coffee shop with a magically calm vibe right off the busy streets of midtown. Iced coffee hit the spot and I am currently licking my fingers after a delicious egg and cheese croissant. Very nice staff as well. Enjoy!!

Hot chocolate is awful. Warm milk at best with very little to no chocolate taste. We did not complain, but I would skip if you are looking for hot drinks.
