Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

I found bugs in my food! Thank goodness I always inspect my meal before eating, because this is absolutely disgusting. I would advise against dining here, as it's clear they don't properly wash their ingredients. I've heard of people ending up in the hospital after eating from this establishment. While I did receive a refund, I am still not satisfied. I'm currently discussing this situation with my lawyer. This is just unbelievable!

The female manager was quite rude and unprofessional, especially when training new employees in front of customers. I spent nearly $35 on a salad, but they skimped on the meat portions. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean inside.

I frequently visit this restaurant because it's the closest to my workplace, but I'm becoming really frustrated with my experience. They often don't have change, and they frequently run out of basic food items and toppings, even in the afternoon. Having previously worked at a Chipotle, I can tell that they don’t follow proper handwashing procedures or change their gloves between tasks. As for the vegetarian options, they're decent, but honestly, it's hard to mess up tofu. Overall, I'm just really over it at this point.

I buy from this Chipotle now and then during the week and always have to deal with this horrible women. I don’t know what’s her issue she’s always yelling having attitude whether you’re just ordering or simply picking

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP at this location. There is no organized system to collect your order. I wound up standing around, getting elbowed aside by “hungrier” customers for 10minutes until getting angry enough to scream for attention. Of course my takeout was sitting behind the counter that whole time and by the time I got it home my kids said it was cold. The frustration of it all probably took a few days off my lifespan.
