Írjon visszajelzéstThe sandwich was prepared just the way I like it. My partner and I couldn't recall the name of this diner we visited a year ago, but we had a general idea of the route to get there. We were thrilled to rediscover it! We sat at the bar area, which is always a great experience. The server, who might also be the owner, is so much fun. We will definitely return!
This was typical diner food. The staff was friendly and straightforward, just as you'd expect in NYC. It was a no-frills experience. The menu was slightly more expensive than I anticipated, but I thought that if I was going to spend that much, I might as well order steak. Everything was cooked perfectly. I had no trouble finding a seat here on Sunday for brunch.
This is a fantastic old-school diner that feels less touristy compared to nearby options. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes are classic comfort food, and the Reuben sandwich is a true homage to New York. I noticed some reviews mentioning that it's a bit pricey, but I found it to be more affordable than several other spots in the area, and the portion sizes are generous. Two people can comfortably share a dish. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
Convenient to my hotel I figured it was worth a try. Decent menu, seated without waiting, and not rushed. Service good. My hub had an omelet that was typical and I had challah French toast also typical price $14. Add on for real maple syrup. Just a regular place with NY prices to relax in while eating breakfast.
Exceptional. A quiet corner diner with well prepared food. Order the cheese cake. I dare you. Visitors, prepare to pay NYC prices.
