The best salad of all time! recommended: honey crispy chicken salad

This was my first time at Just Salad, and I highly recommend the Crispy Poblano Salad—it's incredibly tasty and expertly prepared. The manager, Hugo, provided excellent and swift service. I definitely give this place 5 stars. I will be returning and recommending it to others!

While the staff is very lovely, I couldn't help but wonder why they served such tough meat in the salad. If the knife struggled to cut it, I doubt my teeth could manage either. I appreciate the effort, but the meat can be a bit disappointing at times. Love you all!

We inquired about substituting a sauce, but she didn't respond at all. When we reached the area where the sauces are added, I asked again since she hadn’t acknowledged my first question. This time, she gave me an irritated look and, rather angrily, told me that I had already asked. I understand that service in NYC can sometimes be lacking, but I'm truly appalled by how we were treated here, especially when we were simply being polite. There’s really no excuse for such behavior towards customers who are being respectful.

Excellent salads. This location is new and conveniently located across the street from where I work. I've gotten some of the custom salads before and they were very good but lately I've been obsessed with the Caesar salad. The combination of ingredients is fresh and flavorful. I will say they could put more chicken in it for the price and size. I end up paying extra for more chicken but it's worth it. I ended up buying the reusable bowl which gets you a free item every time you use it. They have many other options for salads, as well as wraps , smoothies, etc. They are expensive but on par with what's in the area. Definitely a great option for the area.
