Overall, the food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations. The restaurant also had some really interesting memorabilia on display.

- The bar food we ordered was burned yet cold. - After we finally placed our dinner order—25 minutes later—the waiter disappeared. - A second waiter approached and asked us to pay before we had received any of our food (which I refused to do). - The appetizer arrived cold, served alongside all our other dishes. - A tiny serving of below-average mashed potatoes cost $14 and was lukewarm. - The $50 NY strip steak was tough and cold. - The truffle mac 'n cheese was soupy instead of creamy and also served lukewarm. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Food was excellent! We had the restaurant week Menu and it was opera! Sea bass melts in your mouth and warm Brie was good. Steak was juicy though it was cooked well done! Portions was good enough.! It was a delish!

The live music was excellent, but the service was quite slow and the food was overly salty. I'm open to giving the service another try.

If you have food allergies, Avoid this place. I enquired by email before reserving my room and in person upon arrival. , and yet on the day having my dinner, I was made to feel.... 'Take it or leave it!. I advise sending the staff including manage nt on Allergies training, but more important on customer care training for moments when dealing with people like us who have very limited choice due to foof allergies. Shame... Thought Hard Rock could do better!
