Huge and fresh nyc bagels for cheap. very fast, no line, personal was super friendly. exactly what I was looking for

They are bacon egg and bee a yes and as long as they have their number, they just come back and get their order.

I am regularly at bagel shop on 2nd street, but from some reason I decided to try something new this morning. I and my friend went to yorkville bagel cafe. we have 2 breakfast sandwiches and went to the house. there we realized that the chef forgot to be stuck in my egg and cheese sandwich. I came back and told the guy who was cooking that there is no cheese and they also forgot black paper that is not that big but the cheese. his answer was:« if it is not there, it means that they did not say that they wanted it there or did not pay it for it! "He was so mean without reason. no apologies, nothing but a lot of employment. I was asking for a cash and paid for it. I told him that. he took my sandwich, then came back into the counter and gave me a paper bag with the sandwich inside. I had to say 1 extra on the theke « if they think I didn't pay for a cheese. » it is 0.75 after menu and left. on the way back to the house I decided to check the order and the reference I have never been humiliated so much. he put a few pieces of wrapped in a papal black pfeffer in my sandwich! the, the restaurants give them in the rule in a « go » order. directly between 2 halves of the bagel, directly in the sandwich. I could not believe that someone is able to do this after a simple question to put the cheese in the sandwich that they actually forgot first. I came back, I almost cried because I felt so terrible. I put the bagel on the switch and left. there are many criticuses in which people complain about missing ingredients and instead of making them aware and try to pay better attention to those who choose these workers so to act. I hope they will be treated in life as they have treated me today. if I were her, I would stay away from this place and will go to bagel shop, which is on 2nd ave, literally a block away. they cook fast, eating is tasty, they never forget the ingredients they ask and pay, the portions are big and the workers are really nice and polite.

They accused me 13 for the bottle of pelegrino water I just noticed. I didn't check and pay with apple pay. how can a bottle pelegrino cost 13 it should be 5 most. absolutely unacceptable. I advise everyone to check their checks at this place.

For these ridiculous prices, they should be able to get the order right! The bagels aren't even that good.
