Dunkin' - New York City

I'm a regular customer at this restaurant, and I find the staff to be incredibly sweet and fantastic. However, I believe the owners need to do more to support their employees. On February 9, 2022, at 7:10 AM, I walked in to see a typical line of customers, but there was a man who appeared unstable, causing chaos and trying to steal inside the store. I then saw an employee head toward the kitchen area, but she left even though she must have seen the man and realized she was alone. I asked her if she was on her own, and she confirmed that she was, so I felt it was necessary to call the police to ensure she received the help she needed. As a former Dunkin' employee and now a customer, I truly hope to never witness something like this again.

I believe Boston's is the best, although it might be just a touch too sweet for my taste. The location offers better hours, but it's best to avoid the early morning times.

The service used to be good. I ordered the iced mocha latte several times, and it had a perfect balance of flavor and sweetness, so I recommended this place. However, I feel compelled to change my review after two years. They seem to have trouble getting my orders right. For my last four visits, they made the drink incorrectly, forcing me to throw away half of what I ordered. This has been a waste of time and money, and I left feeling dissatisfied. Today was the final straw—I couldn't even place my order because the lady taking orders was on her phone and made me wait without acknowledging my presence, even though she was facing me. I ended up asking her if I should come back tomorrow, but instead, I just walked out. I won't be returning.

This location needs a better mobile pickup system, I might as well walk in because of how long it takes to get my drink since they keep it behind the counter.

Every time I order an iced caramel latte, it tastes different, which is pretty funny! Isn’t there a standard recipe that should be followed when preparing drinks?
