Dunkin' - New York City

Ok this is the only spot in the heights where one can stay for hours charge a phone and yes even sleep in or take a nap if needed. In fact there is one such guy who basically lives in the store and helps with small cleaning jobs, customeraccessibility with holding doors for them and for most of all controlling or letting stranglers or beggars or any trouble tostay clear from the store which keeps things safe for customers staff and the others who just sent to sit in and stay low andavoid any drama. The reason for the 4/5 rating is the annoying just dumbfounded remarks and action this live-in guy does makinghim grow egotistical by the day to to his acceptance from staff and his role. However sometimes you just sent to tell him tosettle down and remind him of reality. This bothers me because his interference brings my lay low scene to be dramatic andeventful with employees jointing in and then it ends. However those annoying two minutes boils your blood. But like I saidthis spot had been key on some nights when I needed my phone charged and a nap takes over after days of WHATEVER. THE ONLY PLACEIN THE HEIGHTS TO ALLOW THIS SO THIS PLACE GETS MY RESPECT.

It was an awful experience. I tried the new holiday coffee the mini pancakes. The pancakes tasted like stale Ritz crackers I'm not sure what type of coffee beans were used to brew the coffee. It was AWFUL... I threw everything away.

So if I can give them a zero I will right now?.they never get my order right?..always have to open and check and the day i don?t check there?s always a problem !!!

This place is disgusting. It?s always dirty, they?re always rude, and my order has never been right. Their coffee tastes like swamp water.

Whoever the employee in the morning is either has to retire, relocate, or be fired. I've walked out on this location twice already, and it's always been due to slow service. I'm avoiding this location until they figure out their staffing situation.
