Pizza Italia - New York City

During a pizza tour of New York, I stopped by Jets for a few slices after dinner. The guy behind the counter was working hard all on his own, and I really appreciated his effort. The slices were outstanding, and his positive attitude enhanced the experience even more. Overall, it was a fantastic visit. Great job, Hakeem!

I ordered delivery at 5 PM, and nearly two hours later, there was no delivery. I called the restaurant and was informed there was a driver issue, but they reassured me that they were assigning another driver. During that time, I received no updates about the situation. By the time the food arrived, it had been sitting there for so long that it was no longer fresh. This was my first and definitely my last order from this place. The food finally arrived at 6:51 PM, but I will not be ordering from here again.

The restaurant could use some music to enhance the atmosphere, as it currently lacks ambiance. However, the food is excellent. For vegetarian options, the cheese pizza is truly amazing!
