Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Newalla

Just moved back to Oklahoma and was so excited for the fresh Mazzio’s buffet salad and warm pizza…. Let’s just say my experience was not good ,workers are nice. The salad was ok but had brown lettuce all throughoutWhen we got to the pizza it had been picked through and they still have a hour and a half left for the buffet and by the time we left them same pizza was still out.We ordered our special pizzas and they were literally like a crackers. Little to no sauce and no flavor. They also had no deserts but RAW cinnamon rollsfor 9 dollars I can order a fresh pizza from dominos ,never coming back to this location

Just moved to OKC. My fiance and I stopped here for a quick lunch to try their Buffet. Well to say the least the Salad bar was almost empty!There pizza looked like it sat all day! I asked for a fresh pie ,took 45 minutes! The manager was sweating every where! This was a total DISAPPOINTMENT! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!DISCUSSED!

Great food and service! I made an order mistake and they fixed it no charge! Manager was great!

I have been eating here for lunch for awhile and the quality just keeps dropping.

Worst experience ever. I ordered pizzas for a baby shower and all were burnt, dry, no sauce, and hard crust. The calzones, too. Absolutely inedible. Waste of money! They wanted me to send the pizzas back as proof but I wasn't aware of the problem until after the party when I went back to help clean. This was at a work event. I sent them what was left over in the break room after most was trashed, and they said the pizza was fine. I added a picture of what I was able to send to them by the time I was made aware there was a problem. They tried to tell me the pizza wasn't burnt. The manager was shockingly unprofessional and treated me like I was stupid. He was dismissive and demanding of my complaint. He hung up on me mid conversation. I do not recommend this location at all. I'm forced to take the loss of their mistake. Unacceptable. They ruined the baby shower then treated me badly when I was visibly upset. I wish I had never ordered from here.
