Mcglynns Pub Glasgow - Newark

I called ahead to reserve a table hostess lilly was wonderful. they made the reservation process easy. our waitress lillian was with customer service on the spot. we had enjoyed a wonderful time the 21st birthday of my sohnes? experience. the music selection was also a really great sort.

I had my daughter chrissy’s baby shower on 3/26/22. we rented the room. we had 30 people and all enjoyed their own! the food was delicious. our hostess was so friendly, helpful and great at her job! she had the tables already set up. she helped us decorate what I really appreciate her help. my daughter got so many gifts for her daughter ava may?. she was so happy?. I'll always remember the day four. thanx so much morgan yur a great coordinator for mcglenns!

Terrible. the first time there and my staff, and I sat on a table that we had no warning, had no waitress. After I sat there for about half an hour, I finally got up to ask the bar if we had a waitress and she said that table u must order from the bar. we ordered drinks that my margarita tasted like dish water. I said the bar that it doesn't taste right and she said it's a new drink, so I don't know I ordered another drink and it was so strong that I couldn't even drink it. we ordered what was okay. but I will not go back there. it seems to me only as a bar of neighborhood registers that only order dishes.

So my husband and I were told this place was nice for a night out. We have not had date night in a while and decided to check this place out. We are a black couple and we went roughly about 7pm on a Thursday Night . When we got the door. We just stood there waiting to be seated or told where we could go for at least 10 mins. however we were ignored and the staff all looked at us. I didn’t know what to make of that other than they didn’t want us there. So we just left.

TJ, Hunter fam are all wonderful. The food is great, drinks are solid and overall it’s just the go-to weeknight spot, especially if you’re in the industry get out of work late but still want to grab some food drinks.
