The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. The staff was unprofessional in their interactions with customers, engaging in casual conversations with each other instead of focusing on the diners. It was frustrating to overhear TikTok chats while I was the only customer, and it seemed like they were taking their time. Overall, the experience could have been much better if the staff focused more on their customers.

While the salads are fresh and tasty, they are quite overpriced. It seems that the management lacks customer service skills. My friend, who gifted me the $2.00 coupon, also had a terrible experience with one of the cashiers. The cashier was upset with her because the manager had apologized, citing some personal issues regarding losing their home. My friend may have contacted corporate about the incident, as the cashier was quite rude to her. It was highly unprofessional for the manager to disclose personal information about the cashiers to my friend. Overall, my experience left much to be desired.

Recently, while traveling for my son's baseball tournament, we visited this restaurant. The place was very well-maintained and exceptionally clean. We were assisted by a lovely woman named Danielle, who was incredibly patient with my kids and provided helpful information while answering our questions about the menu. She was so polite and clearly excels at her job! Although we don't live in the area, we'll definitely stop by again if we have the chance!

Every time we order something is not correct. You sent the wrong food, no food, for the wrong person, and so on. Several times we contacted the delivery people and they would talkliver. Sometimes the shop has the revival right, sometimes not. Today they have forgotten half of the food again. I called and tried to talk to someone about the rest of him being delivered and the answer was, so, contact the delivery and get a refund.? Rude. Well, it would be nice after waiting to eat something. Long to short contacted delivery and they provided another delivery for the forgotten items. The bag came and the food was okay, but with the wrong drink. Ridiculous! We just can't understand why they don't seem to get anything right. The order tags are always correct so that they cannot read them. Probably not order from here again.

My husband and I stopped in earlier tonight for salad and soup. Upon arriving we were greeted by two girls. One was incredibly friendly and nice, and made really nice salad! Her coworker however wasn?t very nice to my husband when he ordered soup and asked what sizes were available. She rudely pointed at the counter and told him the cup sizes were right there in front of him. He didn?t notice the cups because they were white, sitting on a white counter. The girl making my salad was polite and asked me if all the toppings were okay, and if she could do anything else for us. At checkout, the girl who was serving my husband the soup, was ringing us out. She was also not friendly with me at the register, and seemed to be impatient with me using their credit card machine. Not the best experience. At the end of it all, the soup was watery and not the best quality.
