Fantastic food with equally impressive service! We dined in and enjoyed a meal that was excellent value, priced around $20–30 per person. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars. Highly recommend!

I flagged down our waitress to place our entire order immediately. After 40 minutes, we had received only two glasses of water. I had to ask the waitress about our chowder and side dishes, and then we waited an additional 10-15 minutes without any attention. At that point, we felt completely ignored; the waitress didn’t even glance in our direction once. I’ve dined here many times over the years and have never encountered such poor service, either here or at any other restaurant. We ended up leaving and had a wonderful meal with excellent service at Texas Roadhouse in West Bend instead. To make matters worse, the folks seated behind us didn’t have a reservation but were regulars. When the young lady who seated us recognized them, we were placed in a corner while they received a much nicer table and the same waitress we had—except they actually got served. This occurred on Friday, September 1st, and I plan to follow up with a call.
