Subway - Newburgh

That was my second subway visit last night for sandwiches. the in valero was closed at 17K. I was there at 17:48 clock the website said they close around 19 clock. the individual worker there was very friendly and patient while we decided to get what. the load was very clean, well equipped. I usually get the meatball sandwich, but decided to try the pizza sandwich instead. there was a lot of pfeffer sauce, many choices of cheese and I even have a small extra sauce. my mother has the chicken soup and a raspberry cheesecake cookie. I will come back here

This restaurant refused to honor coupons, which was disappointing. It's frustrating when corporate or whoever sent them out did not communicate with the franchise owner. It's a shame that Subway may be struggling because of situations like this.

Refused to accept subway coupons. The place is also dirty and smells.also wearing mask below nose. Yuk

Today, I ordered an Italian BMT footlong sandwich and when I opened it to eat, it was missing the ham. Ham is one of the meats that is supposed to be on the sandwich. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I called to inform them and the young girl's tone and attitude was dismissive.

Customer service is terrible I’ve never been to a place of business where the employees is argue back with a customer
