Wendy's - Newburyport

My daughter accidentally removed the location when she placed the online order, and I only realized it when I arrived at the pick-up window. Fortunately, we were able to change the pick-up location right there, and it was a straightforward process! The service was quick and easy, and the food was of great quality. I do wish they had more gluten-free options available.

The staff, including the managers and the girl at the front window, were very friendly. The food was nice and served hot. However, my only issue was that the restrooms weren't clean.

The man and woman who have been working at the window over the past few weeks are fantastic. Today is my last day at my nearby job, and they consistently got my orders right while serving me with a smile. I'm also receiving a raise!
