Food quality decreased drastically, portions were much smaller than they used to be, and got sick afterwards. also, there is usually a person loitering and occupying the tables even though they're not consuming anything. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
I had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff's rudeness and disrespect were evident throughout my visit. I asked a simple question about the oil used for fries and was met with incompetence. Initially, when seeking assistance, I was denied a response. The manager's lack of knowledge was matched only by their inappropriate laughter. Despite informing them of our pescatarian diet, we received a filet patty with a sausage sticker, an attempt at humor in poor taste. The wait, without any explanation, stretched to 10 minutes. When I inquired about providing feedback, the manager first claimed it wasn't possible, only to later direct me to your website. This entire experience was beyond disappointing. I eat at a lot of different McDonald’s but this is one of the worst. The staff is not friendly and unwilling to address issues in a positive manner. The answer is always “sorry it’s not possible “ I asked for a receipt because the kiosk didn’t print one when I asked for a receipt they said it’s not possible even though other locations are able to do it . Then they walk away and say things in Spanish assuming we don’t know what they are talking about. Very disrespectful. McDonald’s should take this franchise from Mr Muscardin. I've given this place several chances, but they always seem to fall short. They never seem to hear me correctly at the drive-thru intercom; I'll order one thing, and they'll write down something else entirely. However, today was the last straw. I placed an order through the app and specified that I would pick it up at the counter. When I arrived, they told me I had to pick it up at the drive-thru instead. After doing that, they claimed they had no record of my order, and I ended up going home empty-handed. The manager was not friendly during this encounter. This location really needs to improve its customer service training for the staff, and they could benefit from a better intercom system to hear customers more clearly. If this is the closest location to you, I strongly recommend driving an extra five minutes to the Factoria location instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
