Made 4 room reservations to arrive late in the evening (between 10pm and midnight). We hit a bull elk so we didn 't arrive until about 3:30am. They said they auto-cancelled our rooms at 2am and now had no rooms available! After calling the manager in (who was very rude), they finally admitted they only had 2 rooms available! I would not rely on their reservation being honored! Rooms were below average and very over-priced. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 5

As for the room, it was only somewhat clean. The towels had a musty smell, and the washcloths were stained. When I requested a thorough cleaning of the room, all that was done was making the bed without changing the sheets. They replaced the towels with more musty-smelling ones, and the washcloths were stained again. Additionally, they left out a shower mat for the floor outside the shower, failed to clean the shower itself, left the sink area dirty, and did not clean the toilet, although they did remove the trash. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff left the door unlatched, meaning the room was not securely locked. I requested a complete cleaning service three times during my 13-day stay, but I never received it. As for breakfast, it was unappetizing regardless of how you tried to improve it. This has been the most poorly treated I’ve ever been during my stays for work. I was seriously underwhelmed and appalled. The only positive note is that I forgot an item in my room after checking out, and they were kind enough to take it to the office so I could retrieve it. Location: 5.

I often travel with a large trailer, and I found the parking and location here to be excellent for my needs. While there weren't any pull-through spaces, I typically have to detach my trailer regardless. The price was reasonable, and having easy access to the restaurant without needing to drive was a key reason for my stay. I spent two nights here, and the fitness center was outstanding. The pool was nice, but unfortunately, the hot tub was cold. Overall, I would rate the rooms, service, and location all at 5 stars. Highlights of the hotel include its quiet atmosphere, kid-friendly environment, and great value.

After a long day of driving with three kids, we made an online reservation for a room. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a mix-up with our booking, but not to worry. Although they didn’t have the room we reserved available, the staff member managed to find us another room. Within a few minutes, we had our key cards and were on our way to our accommodations for the night. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The burgers at the restaurant were outstanding. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Nearby attractions include Mount Rushmore, about an hour's drive away, and the Crazy Horse Monument, which is half an hour from the hotel. Overall, we rated our experience: Rooms - 4, Service - 5, Location - 5. Highlights of the hotel include a quiet atmosphere, being kid-friendly, and offering great value.

We were given 2 rooms next to the pool- which doesn’t close until 10:00- very loud with kids throwing balls at our door and windows. Rooms smell like a swimming pool and sheets were damp like high humidity. Rooms were freezing and thermostats didn’t work. Manager too busy to help- front desk clerk unfriendly. Asked for decent rooms and were denied . Has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed and it wasn’t cheap!!! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! These rooms should never be rented out! Use them for storage. Look at the picture of the pool and you can see the 2 rooms we were given!! 3 feet from the pool! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
