Írjon visszajelzéstI LOVE Olive Garden, this specific location was the first one that I ever went to, and I was served absolutely great food, I had breadsticks with Alfredo Sauce, as well as either tortellini or linguine with Alfredo sauce, I would highly reccomend both dishes to try! This was a great experience for me
This was our second time ordering pick up, first time was good. Unfortunately this time was awful, the salads were not fresh, the food was dry and the worst part my husband and I got sick shortly after we ate. Never again. I shoukd
Manager Peter Greene take note the building is a disaster. Entering to chaotic front desk, three hosts were scrambling to seat a full lobby. One host mentioned cleaning a few tables to seat people. People left when not being accounted for. We had a gift card that needed to be used so we waited. Seated in the back room we noticed the table was semi clean. I asked for napkins to serve as a placemat. Not alcoholic/soda drinkers we asked for water and thus the snub began (this happens a lot if you are not padding the bill with alcohol thus less tip not always true). We knew what we wanted so ordered right away. I noticed another younger couple who had the same server. They were going home with two full bags of leftovers or extras (perhaps that entree special). Okay but when server Shane brought two plastic cups full of chocolate mints for them to stuff into their bags I knew the jig was up. Our salad was ends of the lettuce core and drowning in dressing. Shane asked if we wanted sauce with the rolls (never asked for this ever) so we thought okay (didn 't know we would be charged extra). Meals arrived why do they serve a bowl of shrimp scampi, spaghetti, lasangna without an under plate is beyond me. We ate, never offered that mint, paid the bill (we tried the table kiosk but really Peter it was filthy) and left. I mentioned to a passing server when she wished us goodbye that we never got our chocolate mint she went and got us a few and said sorry. We won 't be back there but the Manchester Olive Garden storefront is much better.
There taste with the food has really gone down hill and portions are much smaller with higher prices.
Food was very, very, very good! Was served hot and tasted very good. Salad was very good. I had the Tour of Italy which is a trio of Chicken Parm, Lasagna, and Fettuccine Alfredo. It was great to be able to have 3 of their best items on one plate. We were a party of 7 and each of us really enjoyed our meal. We arrived at around 9pm and quality did not drop off at all for a late dinner. Service was very good and accommodating to our special requests (one of us is gluten free and another prefers plain salad and plain bread sticks). We enjoyed leftovers the next day. Definitely recommend!
