Jacobs Eatery - Newmarket

My friends and I decided to try out this restaurant on a whim tonight and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The restaurant had a charming atmosphere with comfortable seating options. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. We started with the flavorful bruschetta, which had fresh tomatoes and a crispy crust. Our pasta dishes were also tasty and portion sizes were very generous - so much so that we couldn't finish our meals! As we left, the owner thanked us for dining with them, which was a nice touch. Overall, we were glad we stopped by this restaurant on Main Street for a wonderful meal.

Orsini is a small, family run Italian restaurant that makes their own pasta and sauces on site. Many of their desserts are also home made. Specials offered every night. Their pastas are perfectly cooked and accompanied by fine sauces.Their fish dishes are also very fresh...and well presented. Nice array of appetizers and their appetizer platters are fabulous. Very nice wine list if not overly extensive. Service is always friendly, helpful and prompt. An enjoyable evening outing served with the right pace to enjoy fully.

My husband and I went in to speak to Mike (the owner) about booking a family luncheon. He was great at suggesting what we should have as our meal. He asked if we were going to stay for dinner and when we said we were,...he went into the kitchen to prepare a dish so that we could try what we had ordered for our luncheon. It was delicious! The staff were very friendly, it was like we were regular customers. I believe we will be regular customers from now on.

We were a group of The menu selection is very good. The food and service was GREAT! Our server made sure our glasses( water or wine) was always full. He made sure we were happy with the food. He was not hovering which is...wonderful. There but not there! We were celebrating a birthday and brought our own cake. they came out with our cake with candles and sang Happy Birthday. They took the cake in bake and cut it up and served it to us. At the end of the evening the brought the remainder out to the birthday person. I could not be happier with the service and food at this restaurant. I will return for sure.

The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! We all felt like part of the family. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be returning for dinner. Thank you for making us feel so welcome on this special day, Violet's Baptism. See you soon!
