Cold Stone Creamery - Newnan

I recently had a disappointing experience at Cold Stone in Newnan. Unfortunately, the ice cream I purchased there left me my mother with food poisoning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure the well-being of their customers in the future.

Came here with some friends. The staff on duty (Hope B. according to the receipt) was very nice and patient. Even after I got my shake, I saw a flavor I wanted to try. She happily let me sample the Hot Mike flavor. I got the peanut butter shake and it was very sweet but quite tasty. My friends got the ice cream where the staff mixes it with toppings. Always cool to watch that.The store is small and quaint and seemed very clean. A nice experience and would definitely come here again! Thank you Hope!Unfortunately, didn’t snap pictures of our desserts but a receipt! Haha

Walked around 7:57 without knowing they closed at 8pm. The two ladies behind the counter served us happily despite this. After realizing we were every food workers nightmare, we felt horrible. But the two ladies working tonight had great composure and customer service, will definitely be back way before they close next time!

I called to check on my cake and turns out someone put the wrong date so it was never made and the girl I spoke with sounded like she didn’t even try to pretend to care. She made one smart comment that i didn’t appreciate when I was being nicer than I could have. She said in a rude tone” I’m not the one that took the order “. Which I understand but she didn’t have to sound so rude and give such terrible customer service.

They are absolutely ridiculous! I did an Ubereats order at this establishment and ordered two mid sized desserts. They sent two small sized and tried to hide it in a mid sized cup. I didn't get reimbursed for the cost I was cheated out of. DO NOT do a delivery order with this place. They are crooks!
