The Breeze - Newport

We sat 13 down for a post party Sunday lunch, excellent service, great food. Enjoyed it so much we are all returning with more guests in December.

Ordered white wine spritzer, with lemonade. Received a large wine and a separate lemonade. I would have thought the bar staff would understand the word spritzer. They have 1 vegan dish and no plant milk for tea or coffee. Service was hit or miss. Such a shame, used to be such a lovely place, catering for all diets

We come here every now and again due to proximity to our house I refused to go for years due to bad service but started again this year After this experience I will be taking another break Had an expensive steak which was good Chips that came with it were terrible. Every other one was practically raw They have ditched the cheese board so if you don't like sweet things there basically isn't a dessert option any more Drinks arrived after our food despite us chasing them

I dined at this restaurant in September 2022 and the food was truly fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the views were also very nice. I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

I regret not reading the review beforehand that warned of potential disappointment, as that's exactly what I experienced at this restaurant! The staff were inefficient, as mentioned in other reviews. We had to give our drink order three times, which should have been a red flag. After finally getting our drinks, we placed our food order without any issues. However, thirty minutes later, the waitress informed us that most of our order was unavailable due to a gas issue that had apparently been a problem all day. Why wasn't this communicated to us sooner? As we debated our next step, another staff member informed us that the gas was back and they would try to prepare our order again. After another 15 minutes, the gas went out once more. We decided to leave our drinks and go elsewhere. It was a chaotic experience with inexperienced young staff. This place has potential, but they are at risk of losing customers unless they improve their service.
