Starbucks - Newport

This is probably the FASTEST Starbucks drive thru I've ever been to. Not just sometimes but EVERYTIME I've come thru this drive thru it's maybe a total of 3 minutes from ordering to pulling away. Everyone I've encountered here has ALWAYS been super upbeat, and friendly. The BEST decision for Bellevue was putting in this Starbucks (I gave the food a 4 only bc ive never ordered food from Starbucks?

The lady working the counter saw me arrive at 757pm looked at me and then shut off the lights and refused to take my order. Beware! This place has poor service!

I stopped in to grab my first pumpkin spice latte of the season yesterday and noticed that the girl working at the counter (short blonde hair...I wish I would have gotten her name) who was going above and beyond to keep up with orders and a long line, all while being there by herself. She was quick to tell everyone waiting that hadn't ordered, that she would be right with you. She smiled. She even drew a smiley face on my cup. She was sweet as could be, and I just wanted to say that I noticed, and I hope that she's recognized. In this day and age, it's hard to find people who give exemplary customer service. It really can change the dynamic of the service one receives. I know it did for me. Thank you again to this sweet soul working at your Starbucks counter! <3

Features: I come here often, and it's always a good experience. Today I had a new barista and her name was Frankie. She was incredible! Super friendly and personal, and got my drink done very fast. Will be coming back to this location due to this experience. Thanks, Frankie! Love the positive attitude

Employees have always been friendly, especially the girl who was there the last time I went. I asked her for a recommendation and she recommended their new shaken oat milk drink with some substitutions. I appreciate that she made a recommendation in a friendly manner and didn’t rush me. And the drink was fantastic!
