Ribbro Bbq - Newport Beach

This place was absolutely amazing! I had a long, exhausting day at work and was craving BBQ. I checked Google and saw that this place was nearby. It was just 10 minutes before closing time, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly friendly and skilled. The bratwurst was cooked to perfection, passing the Tug test with flying colors and tasting delicious. The ribs were tender and flavorful. The beans were excellent, the Mac-n-Cheese was top-notch, and the potato salad had just the right amount of pickles. The cornbread had a nice touch of butter, and when asked what kind of sauce I preferred, I couldn't decide, so they gave me one of each - spicy, regular, and mustard. The Memphis style BBQ was outstanding, especially considering they were about to close. I love food and I left feeling completely satisfied. A big thumbs up to everyone at this restaurant!

This BBQ restaurant is top-notch. BBQ can be hit or miss for me, but Ribbro exceeded my expectations. We ordered several rib plates with mac and cheese, waffle fries, potato fries, cornbread, and BBQ beans. The food was absolutely delicious. The rib meat was tender and the cornbread was fantastic. As tourists in the area, we were looking for a good local restaurant to eat at and this place definitely hit the spot.

This place is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed a full rack of ribs and a half pound of brisket with potato salad, coleslaw, and amazing cornbread. It surpasses all the other BBQ places we've tried in Orange County. Wood Ranch should be shaking in their boots at the competition. The food is just too good to pass up. What's better than enjoying the basketball playoffs and a winning fishing team while feasting on delicious BBQ? You have to check this place out.

On a laune and so glad that we did. I was brisket and andouille. the brisket was moist and fell apart when she picked it up from the plate. the sausage had a beautiful combination of aromen. the spicy Bbq sauce is not super spicy, only less sweet than the other option. cornbread was wonderful cake, just as I like it. mac and cheese and potato salad were ok, baked beans were delicious. we will definitely be back here!

Came here on recommendation of coworker. They were NOT wrong, This place was great. Had a brisket sand with potato salad and it was amazing both done right no fat on the brisket yet very tender and had that good char on some of the pieces. Please ask for pickles they're home made. My coworker had a pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese side he said was incredible. It was a bit pricey but totally worth it. Staff is super friendly. Will return.
