Írjon visszajelzéstWhen we sat down, a member of our party disclosed that she has a severe allergy to yuzu and carries an EpiPen. The chef informed us that they do not clean the cutting board or knife between preparing different items. We requested that, for her safety, he use a clean cutting board and knife for her meal, but our request was denied. Instead, we were told she could only choose from the cooked items, which was frustrating since we didn’t come to a sushi restaurant to eat chicken. Given these circumstances, we felt it was best to leave. The lack of cleanliness in food preparation seemed dangerous and a significant health risk. Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with our experience at this restaurant.

I absolutely love this restaurant and the omakase experience! Chef Makoto is incredibly talented and prepared an outstanding omakase for us. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
If you're searching for an exceptional sushi experience, look no further than Chef Makoto. This is easily one of my top choices for sushi. Words and pictures don't do it justice! From the impressive sake selection to the sushi itself and the perfectly cooked rice, everything is simply heavenly. I give it an 11 out of 10!
