Taco Bell - Newport Beach

Great location near newport beach, balboa island balboa half island also...fast efficiency and good customer service skills are regularly employed here. Congratulations!

Burrito was ok, the tacos suck to eat and always have. They fall apart. Worker eating in their car in the closest parking place to the door beyond handicapped. Bathroom needs a place to hang a jacket or purse...do you expect us to put on the floor? Gross.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and a cheese quesadilla. The burrito was great but the quesadilla was not grilled long enough for the cheese to melt. A little disappointed but I still ate it.

Honestly worst experience I’ve had with Taco Bell. I placed two order online separately. When I got to the drive thru I told the guy I had 2 orders and he was only mentioning my first order. So I drove up the window to show him I had 2 orders even showed him the receipt and he was saying they didn’t have it being all rude, he said to pull around again because he “had another car behind me” but I pull around and there was no car whatsoever, and tells me thru the speaker like I was a new customer, knowing he told me himself to go around, then when I get my orders they were both incorrect! Will never be at this location again!! Don’t go here guys !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! From my experience the Night Shift is horrible !!!

Seems the training for allocation of protein must be to serve as little as possible. The meat included in my Taco Supremes was half of what Taco Bell intimates in ALL their adds. This store is consistent in this shorting of meat. I won’t go here again.
