Most of the time, they're great. but, man, they can be very unfriendly at the front counter, every once in a while. The guy who answered the phone, just now, came off so rude and dismissive, I just hung up on him, and came to FB to leave a review. 6pm, Sun., 9/19.

Great food..not a long wait time..only issue was twice I asked for boneless and got bone in

I have been told my numerous people that UR Pizzeria has really good food, so I decided to give it a try for myself. The pizza was delicious and their staff was excellent!! I will be returning. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered delivery for the first time yesterday and were quite impressed. We will definitely be ordering again!

Since the management changed, the restaurant seemed promising, but today was disappointing. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes before the manager had to remind the cook to start preparing it. During this time, one of the employees who initially took my order was sitting down enjoying their lunch while I waited. When my food finally arrived, I received an apology. I expressed my surprise that it took 30 minutes just to get my order started, but the manager just chuckled as if it was funny and then walked away. That was the final straw for me, and I won't be coming back. It's worth noting that I was the only customer in the restaurant, so there was really no excuse for the delay.
