Wendy's - Newport News

The area was dirty, the tables were dirty, the floors were sticky and had eaten on it. drinking machine stank and needed cleaning. no paper towels in the men's bathroom and when I said something while I got serviettes to dry my hands, no one bothered to put something in the holder. no one preparation food had a hair net on. the last time I eat.

The place was definitely clean. But typical poor service. Food came out just fine. I would go back again.

I knew the type of service food I'd get from a Wendy's so I went with low expectations. Just wanted a quick inexpensive meal. With that being said I will not be returning to this location. Drive up the road to Cook Out. Great tasting food, they're quick, pleasant to do business with.

THE FRIES!! Best fries at any Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. I've lived in MI, GA, FL, and SC and went to many different Wendy's. These fries here are crispy crunchy NOT SOGGY NOT BURNT and ALWAYS FRESH...idk how they do it. These fries are perfect for dipping in frosties if you so choose.
