I ended up wearing more of my Big Mac than I actually ate because they put way too much sauce and lettuce on it. The bun was so stale that it just fell apart. I really wish they would cover the dry cleaning costs for the stains from the sauce that ended up on my clothes; this has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. To make matters worse, I had to wait over thirty minutes in the drive-thru. Service: Takeout.

I take full responsibility for not checking my order after receiving it; however, I did confirm that it was correct at both windows. While working in Newton for the week, I've had my order wrong two out of the three times I've visited. I would suggest going inside and placing your order at the kiosk instead.
