Pizza Hut - Newton Falls

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I placed my order online. The app indicated that the pizza would be ready in 5 minutes before finalization, but I had to wait an additional 4 minutes after the mark. Unfortunately, I couldn't raise a complaint because they didn't provide a request code. In comparison, Domino's is better in this regard.

The restaurant's motto seems to be "we're always out of something I order online." Whenever I call, they either have a different item or they are out completely. I have given them multiple chances over the 4 years I have lived here. On my last visit, they only had one order of French bread when I ordered two. Instead of replacing the French bread with something else, they only gave me the one order and then blamed me for the missing item. This has happened before and it took 45 minutes to correct the mistake, during which time they sold the item to another customer. This is not a satisfactory solution to my original complaint. I will be sticking with Gioninos or Tiger Jim's as the new Dominos is just as bad. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is their employee Jonathan. He is great.

We ordered pepperoni rings on our pizza and they were missing.

I love this place always eat quality but service was a little slow
