Sam's Pizza Shop - Newton Falls

The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. I did get into a bit of a scuffle, but winning it was actually quite enjoyable. I give this place a full five stars!

The kitchen staff were not wearing masks, which is incredibly disappointing. It's concerning to see this restaurant jeopardizing the health and safety of families by preparing and serving food without proper precautions. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here or putting your health at risk.

Hi there, I just wanted to share some feedback regarding the consistency of your pizzas. It's quite hit or miss; sometimes we get a great one and other times, not so much. Our last order was a big square pizza with delicious sausage that was clearly cut from a link. The crust was thick and chewy, which we really enjoyed. However, yesterday's pizza was a disappointment—it had crumbled, tasteless sausage, a thin crust, and was overcooked. It wasn't burnt, but it was so dry that it actually caused my partial denture to come loose! How about that? I suggest that you ask customers if they prefer thick or thin crust in the future.
