Factory Donuts - Newtown

These donuts actually exceeded my expectations as I expected them to be good, but it was a franchise, I did not expect how delicious they can be. They were fresh, tasty, beautifully presented and still warm when we ate them at home 30 min later. My son doesn't like donuts and we convinced him to taste your mint chocolate chip donut and strawberry limonade and he likes donuts now! Well, they too! The two women worked very pleasant and we were happy with service. In the future, I would like to see a peanut butter frosting and I am interested in seasonal donuts.

I ordered two donuts, and while they were smaller than I anticipated for the price, they were quite delicious. The exterior was beautifully golden and crispy, creating a delightful sensation with each bite. The inside didn't have that super light and airy texture you might find in a Krispy Kreme; it felt more substantial. The frosting was smooth and beautifully applied, enhancing the overall flavor. However, it did make a bit of a mess in the box, leaving a small puddle of solidified frosting after they were dipped. It's not excessive, and the frosting doesn't leak through the box, but I would definitely recommend grabbing a napkin!

These freshly roasted donuts are exceptional. You place your order and watch as your donut travels from the fryer to the counter, where one of the staff dresses it for you. While they have a few ready with cream toppings, those sell out fast. I highly recommend the German chocolate donut, and definitely don't miss out on their freshly brewed coffee!

I made a huge mistake. These donuts are absolutely incredible—words can't even describe how good they are. With so many different combinations, you're sure to find something you love, and you'll want to try something new every time. I initially thought they were a bit small for the price, but the freshness made up for it. Plus, this means you won't end up with stale donuts if you visit later in the day. The only downside is that they aren't as good when they're cold, but honestly, they won't last long enough for that to be an issue (and they're still delicious, just a bit better warm). I'm really glad I only go to Newtown twice a week, or I would probably stop by every day. I'd give it a 10 out of 10—highly recommended! It exceeded all the hype. The donuts are cakey, crumbly, warm, and drizzled with icing, making them simply amazing. On top of that, the staff was friendly and informative, explaining the whole concept since it was my first visit. The service was quick, and the shop itself was clean and tidy.
