Isaac Newton's Bar Restaurant Restaurant

The food was very good, I would recommend the jerk chicken sandwich or the million dollar burger however, our waitress Carlie was not nice at all. She acted as though she was miserable and annoyed to wait on us. To the point that the other staff, both servers and other waiters came to ask if we needed anything. Only then did she return and simply take our glass or plate and walk away. We watched as she visited another table multiple times and was smiling and seemed happy. I would only recommend for take out or if you can guarantee a different waitress.

I enjoyed a great mushroom onion burger, but when asked for a toasted bun, we were told, They don 't like to do that and then the bun must have been taken right out of their cooler, because it was cold. Next time, I will bring my own bun, but otherwise, the burgers were very good. The service was great.

Maitre 'd (young female) `refused to seat 4 older persons who had reservations. Three of us were in the restaurant standing by her and the 4th was parking the car. She said we were all NOT there and made rude comments about our party. We pointed to our 4th person who was parking car. She said she did not care its policy if all the people were not there. YET, when 3 young females, who were behind us asked for a table, with no reservations, the Maitre 'd gave them our table for 4. She made other remarks to us that were rude and uncalled for as we waited for a table which took 20 minutes. Her customer service was anything but. The food was O.K., but we will NOT be returning to the Isaac Newton due to this Maitre 'd 's lack of customer service skills AND rude comments by her as we were waiting for a table. 4/14/2024

The atmosphere was great, we were seated right away and the service was excellent! We ordered the buffalo cauliflower wings and OMG I immediately was like we are coming back next week just for these! They were delicious! I ordered the siracha lime chicken salad and again, did not disappoint! The chicken was a pulled shredded chicken that had the sauce mixed into, as soon as I took a bite I was in heaven! My boyfriend got crab cakes (he doesn't even like them but wanted to try them) and he was amazed with how perfect they were! 10/10 we will be coming back!

The food was exceptional and the atmosphere perfect for my large group of twelve. All of us thought the food was very good. and we had a good time.
