Smoothie King - Newtown

Who am I worried about? This is the second time they make me a bad smoothie. I was going there for two days to try the new pumpkin smoothie, it was great and I order others to go. The guy made my smoothie, he doesn't make enough to fill 20 Onz cup, I watched him, and she asks the other girl what I should do more ice she says yes and he put all the smoothie on the grinder again and put more ice so that he tastes me and the smoothie like Jus ice with little cinnamon. I hope the manager reads this and retrains all employees

I ordered a peanut butter chocolate smoothie and i saw the diagram next to the blender saying ?please remake if too thick?. so i received my smoothie completely undrinkable and below the line of the cup. next time i believe the workers there should follow the very easy diagrams found right in front of their faces every time a smoothie is made. will not come again

My favorite is strawberry extreme. They occasionally send out promotion texts- so i receieve some free smoothie!

Workers were just rude... Straight out rude teenagers who probably wanna snoke a blunt instead. No hello welcome, youre welcome when i said thanks, i even got stared down. I didn't even want to drink the smoothie afterward. So i threw it out because i wasnt treated right as a customer

I do like their overpriced smoothies however BEWARE that if you forget your VIP card on Tuesdays you do no get discount and have no way of looking you up. The assistant manager Lexi was rude upon speaking with her in regards to the VIP membership and even worse the ACTUAL OWNER OF THE STORE!!
