Charleys Cheesesteaks - Niagara Falls

The Philly cheesesteaks here are fantastic! We used to travel to another region just for a big cheesesteak, but now we've found an even better spot in Oakville, Ontario.

Every time I crave a delicious hot steak and cheese, I head here. You'd be missing out if you didn't! The food is amazing—it's not greasy, the prices are great, and the portions are definitely filling. The staff is friendly and polite, making it a perfect spot to stop by for some tasty subs.

The staff was amazing. The manager was at the small cooler at the front, but the team was still able to keep up with the orders. Cashier Riley was sweet and friendly. The food was cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this place to others. My only question was about being asked for my food, as I received a meal instead. Overall, it was fantastic.

Tasty subs. No, not like the OG's in Philly but they make their own good ones an interpretation of cheesesteak. A destination for those shopping from the North.

The food is extremely affordable. The staff tend to be friendly on most occasions. My favorite meal is the chicken California. It's got chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, provolone, and ranch. It's always been cooked to perfection. My fiance loves steak. He's tried probably three different steak subs from this location. They are average to say the least. He said he'd compare the steak to the frozen store bought steak-um's. Very little flavor and usually very dry. My fiance ordered jalapenos on his sub and it had so little that we didn't even see them until digging through the sandwich. Then I asked for a small cup of jalapenos and the cook got frustrated saying he cooked then in the sandwich. Is that really how you treat a customer who is asking for a small cup of jalapenos because there was only one or two in the sandwich? If he was worried about cost I would have gladly paid extra for what I already asked for from the start. They have a variety of lemonades that are usually pretty good. I forgot to take the picture of my drink before I started drinking it but I still wanted to share them. I got the peach lemonade on the left and my fiance got the strawberry lemonade on the right.
