Boston Pizza - Niagara Falls

Loved the food, wonderful service and delicious drinks ! Restaurant a little too lit up and loud atmosphere.

Terrible place Ordered a pizza it was BURNT complained to the manager He had the nerve to tell me " you know where the door is if your not happy " R U KIDDING ME?!!! Yeah great customer service NOT!!!

I felt this was over priced considered what is in the area. The staff was not dressed in a manner I thought was correct. Young girls in short dresses.Floors were dirty but that could have been because they were busy and could not keep up with volume of people.

I've been to a few Boston pizzas. This one is always busy and not always as good as other locations.

Had a quick lunch with my hubby. His meal (bacon mac & cheese & cactus chips) was MUCH tastier than mine (personal pizza, ceasar salad). My pizza was a little greasy & really small... I felt like I had ordered from a kids menu, to be honest and my meal was rather bland tasting, unfortunately. Snuck some bites of hubby's & regretted my lunch choice immediately. Wait staff was attentive. Would I give it another try? Maybe, but would not be my 1st choice.
