Where to begin? The prices Build Your Own Pasta, there website for this location lists depending on the day. Upon arrival that same item was listed at Still based on other locations and that I had never had a bad meal, stay. We...were close to our hotel. Boy do I wish we hadn't. The food was horrible. While I do enjoy pasta aldente the spaghettini was grossly undercooked. Not sure how anyone can under cook such a thin and fine pasta but they did. Their signature sauce tasted old and reheated, possible microwaved which may have been the case with the whole plate. The meatballs, tomato basil soup and bread were all passable. The prosciutto wrapped mozzarella was edible, nothing special and certainly not worth the money. Thankfully it was a promo for signing up with their app so it was free. Our server certainly did not seem to care enough about customer satisfaction. When learning that the ordered up was simply soda water and thus the syrup had clearly run out, she said, its probably run out can I get you something else Apparently changing the syrup canister was beneath her and she didn't seem to want to do that or even take the time to bother whomever to do it. As if all that wasn't bad enough, seated near the entrance way, we began to hear a discussion that escalated in intensity and finally a full blown fight coming from the direction of the kitchen and its staff. Sincerely the absolute worst dining experience we have ever had in Niagara Falls, ON and definitely not one we will ever repeat!
